It's been a long road, but Hustle for Health programs has finally returned to Rochester!

Join Jazzy T and DJ Reign of 103.9 WDKX alongside motivational speaker AG the Motivator for the kick-off event at East High School!

After operating in Buffalo for several years, Hustle for Health launched our line dance fitness program in Rochester, NY just before the pandemic.

We had an amazing debut at the News10NBC Health & Wellness Expo, where members of the Buffalo class joined Rochester newscasters and expo participants for a special interactive tribute for breast cancer survivor and nightly anchor Deanna Dewberry!

With the support of 103.9 WDKX, Hustle for Health held the Step it Up for Step Jam event, where kids brought their parents to class for a community workout session and were rewarded with tickets to Step Jam!

December 2019 at East High School.

We enjoyed two glorious months of dancing and getting fit in the multi-purpose media room, learning new line dances and building new friendships!

AND THEN COVID HIT.......

When in-door group fitness was shut down during the pandemic, our fearless instructor Tynell Stewart took the class outside to the East High tennis courts during the summer of 2020.

Since that class ended, we have received countless emails, texts, Facebook messages and face-to-face inquiries from the Rochester community asking when classes would start up again. I am happy to announce the time is near!

RSVP for our 12-week line dance hustle class "Millennials & Me" every Saturday 11am - 12pm at East High School 1801 E Main Street, Rochester, NY. This class is free for students, staff and parents ages 14 - 65. Bring your water bottle and a sweat towel.

We can't wait to see you again 2/25/23 in Rochester, NY!
